A Kenya Special Pass is an official document issued by the Kenyan government under regulation 34 of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Regulations, 2012. This pass serves several specific purposes for a person seeking to enter or remain in Kenya for a limited period.

The primary purposes of a Kenya Special Pass are:

  1. To allow a person to apply for a review of a decision that denied them a permit.
