  2. Reserve a Company Name: A search determines if the proposed name is available for registration. Propose 3-5 preferred names in order of priority. A public company's name must conclude with "public limited company" or "PLC."
  3. Company Objectives: Propose the nature of business and activities the company will undertake.

  8. Registration Forms: Download, sign, and upload CR 1, CR 2, CR8, CR 10, CR 12, and Statement of Nominal Capital forms.
  9. Certificate of Incorporation : The application for company registration is complete when the required forms are scanned back into the system. Registry officials will then review the application. If it is in order, a Certificate of Incorporation and Official Search will be generated online.
