1. FOREIGN NATIONALS CERTIFICATE (ALIEN CARD)
In addition to visiting Kenya, the law of Kenya requires that all foreigners residing within Kenya for a period exceeding 90 days be registered.
A foreign national who is over 18 years of age and has been residing in Kenya for a continuous period of at least 3 months and possess a work permit, a dependant pass, or a permanent residence is required to be registered and issued with an alien card.
The alien card act and serves as an identification document during the stay in the country and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
