NEAIMS offers a range of services, which include:

  1. Registration of job seekers
  2. Registration of employers
  3. Registration of Private Recruitment Agencies (PRAs)
  4. Emergency distress reporting for migrant workers
  5. Linking job seekers and employers
  6. Providing information on registered private recruitment agencies

The online registration process involves several steps. Firstly, the applicant needs to create an account on the NEAIMS Portal website by providing basic information such as their name, contact details, and business information.

To complete this section, an applicant should follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the application form in Section A,B,C and D, which includes:
    • Registration details of the company and physical location details.
    • Details about the agency's operations or services (i.e., Local Recruitment or Foreign and Local Recruitment services).
    • Information on directors and shareholders (i.e., Local director details and Foreign director details, if applicable).
    • Qualifications and personal details of the human resource manager (HRM). The manager should have a bachelor's degree in any business-related course from a recognized university.
  2. Ensure all sections of the form are completed thoroughly.
  3. Proceed to attach all the required documents.

    4. CR12 Certificate showing the list of current directors and minimum paid-up share capital of KES 5,000,000.

    6. Valid County Business Permit
    7.  A valid Lease or Tenancy Agreement

    1. Recent Passport Photo (JPEG format)
    2. National ID or Alien Card for foreigners (PDF format)
    3. Police clearance certificate (Good Conduct) (PDF format)
    4. Valid work permit for foreign directors (PDF format)
    5. Certified academic certificates (PDF format) Note: Must be certified by the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Ministry of Education
  3. Manager's Details (Section H):
    1. Recent Passport Photo (JPEG format)
    2. National ID or Alien Card for foreigners (PDF format)
    3. Appointment letter signed by the employer and manager, clearly stating terms of employment (PDF format)
    4. Certified business-related degree (PDF format) Note: Must be certified by the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Ministry of Education
