- National Employment Authority (NEA) Registration certificate

- CR 12 document
- Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) certificate
- Business permit
- Business KRA PIN
- Police clearance certificate for the director(s)
- Office Lease agreement
- Membership Certificate from either the Association of Skilled Migrant Agencies of Kenya (ASMAK) or the Kenya Association of Private Employment Agencies (KAPEA).
